UNIVERSAL DEAD was written and produced by original feoamante.com alumni and producer of my short film, LAST CALL, Kelly Parks. It was directed and produced by my editor for LAST CALL, Vernon E. Mortensen. I served as Production Designer.

The cast for Webisode One includes D.B. Sweeney, Gary Graham, Michael Broderick, Valerie Perez, Cade Courtley, and Craig Sawyer. Watch for my cameo as a Zombie in the black "Cruel Satyr" T-shirt. This and two more webisodes were shot in a rush in only three days and for a budget that would usually pay for just one day of craft services on any other film project.

Filmmaker Vernon Mortensen used to be on a Navy SEAL team, and you can tell - there's a nice realism to his depiction of the military, despite the completely fantastical premise of the series.

With the internet what it is now, I love the webisode world. I have one coming up with D.B. Sweeny and Gary Graham called Universal Dead. A zombie outbreak happens, and I play the scientist heading up the team that is finding out the reasons why. It's got a nice twist to it – one of the best reasons for a zombie outbreak that I've ever seen.
